SHIPPING & RETURNS

Ready to ship jewelry will ship USPS Priority Mail within 3-5 business days of purchase.  Please allow 3-4 weeks for made to order pieces.

Purchases may be returned for an online store credit or exchange if postmarked within 7 days of delivery. Jewelry must be unworn and unaltered. Returns/Exchanges are not accepted for sale items or custom orders.  All return shipping charges and tracking are the responsibility of the customer.  

JEWELRY CARE

Each piece is made by hand and should be handled with care. Sterling silver will naturally oxidize over time, developing a characteristic patina. To help minimize the process, store jewelry in an airtight container and avoid direct contact with humidity, liquids and/or creams. Unwanted patina may be removed with a soft polishing cloth or extra fine steel wool.
